Qualifications, CPD & Professional Memberships
I qualified with a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2018 and, in 2022, topped up to a BSc (Hons) at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. My dissertation focused specifically on nutritional therapy for IVF. The women I interviewed for that research reminded me of how I felt during my own treatment and reinforced something that has stayed with me ever since - that working with a nutritional therapist gave them a sense of agency over something that felt wildly beyond their control. That is the reason I do this work - to give my clients that same sense of agency and empowerment through one of the hardest times in their lives.
In 2021 I completed a 12-month fertility nutrition mentorship with The Fertility Nutrition Centre, and have since undertaken further specialist CPD training with Angela Heap, the nutritional therapist who first inspired my career direction, covering fertility, IVF, pregnancy and recurrent miscarriage support.
I am now in the process of completing both the Foundational Fertility Certification and the year-long Integrative Obstetrics Certification with Dr Leah Hechtman, advanced programmes that are deepening my clinical knowledge of fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care in ways that directly benefit every client I work with.
I am a registered member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
